Important Updates | Enrollment & Course Timelines

Know the Dates. Hit the Milestones. Start Strong.

Everything you need to know about enrolling, starting your courses, and staying on track.

Timing is everything — and we want to make sure you never miss a beat.

Starting a new course or joining a new cohort is an exciting step. But like anything worth doing, it comes with a process — and knowing that process inside and out is what keeps your academic journey moving forward without unnecessary delays.

Our schools operate on a monthly cohort start schedule. That means each month, a new group of students kicks off together on the 1st. To be part of that cohort, there are specific milestones every student and family needs to hit before the start date. This newsletter breaks it all down so there are no surprises — just a clear path forward.

★ HOW THE ENROLLMENT TIMELINE WORKS

Depending on your enrollment type — Credit Transfer or Full Time — your required steps are slightly different. Here’s exactly what each type needs to complete and by when.

If you are a Credit Transfer student, here is your timeline:

→  Check out between the 1st and 15th of the previous month.

→  Complete your Orientation by the 22nd of the month.

→  No Planning Meeting required — Credit Transfer students are exempt from this step.

→  Request your first course by the 27th of the month.

If you are a Full Time student, here is your timeline:

→  Check out between the 1st and 15th of the previous month.

→  Complete your Orientation by the 22nd of the month.

→  Complete your Planning Meeting by the 27th of the month.

→  Request your first course by the 27th of the month.

Both enrollment types share the same orientation and course request deadlines. The key difference is that Full Time students also need to complete a Planning Meeting by the 27th — an important conversation that helps lock in your course plan before you get started.

The course requesting window is only 7 days — between the 20th and 27th of the month. Mark it on your calendar and don't miss it.
